Chateau Hexagon Part 1

Part 1 of Chateau Hexagon, the new Button BOM by Lynette Anderson is finished.
It was so much fun to stitch that I cannot wait for part 2 to arrive.
I used a combination of Lynette's fabrics and Japanese fabrics, all from my stash.
The threads are Cosmo Multiwork, my favourite threads for stitcheries, in the recommended colours.

Mother nature has taken her paint brushes out. Our white violets are slowly turning a beautiful shade of pale lilac.

Moeder natuur heeft haar verfkwasten tevoorschijn gehaald. Onze witte bosviooltjes veranderen langzaam van wit in zachtlila.

Thank you for your lovely comments on my previous blog post.

Bedankt voor jullie leuke berichtjes over mijn vorige blogje.

How pretty. I've never planted white violets, but if the all turn that lovely shade of violet, I will have to add them to the list.
